“What format are you magazines available in?”
Our magazines are available as downloadable PDFs, in both high-res and low-res formats.
“Can I get a printed version of your magazines?”
Unfortunately not. This is something we’re always looking into, but at the moment we can offer our magazines as downloadable PDFs only.
“Can I read your magazines on my iPod/iPad?”
We don’t produce a version of our magazines for iPod/iPad, however our third-party partners PixelMag do – they can be found on iTunes under “2DArtist” or “3DCreative”.
“I can't get a PayPal account where I live, what do I do?”
Please email us at support@3dtotal.com and we will sort an alternative payment out for you
“I didn't receive an email after I subscribed, what shall I do?”
Please make sure that your email account has been set up to receive emails from “sales1@3dtotal.com” to prevent our emails from being treated as spam/junk mail. If you do not receive an email, please allow 24 hours before emailing Customer Support - support@3dtotal.com
“My download link has expired, can I renew it?”
You will have one month to start each download in your download manager account. Download links will expire after 48 hours. Please contact “support@3dtotal.com” if you need a new link.
“I stopped subscribing and missed loads of issues, can I still get them?”

“If I subscribe to your 2dartist magazine as well, do I get a discount?”
Of course! Not only do you save even more money, but you also get free 2d training with our PayPal subscriptions too.
